Technology Park/Atlanta

A trendsetter, Technology Park/Atlanta was the first business park of its kind which sought to meet the physical, creative and professional needs of a well-educated, highly talented work force. Now, 40 years after its inception, the 3.8 million square foot development located in the city of Peachtree Corners continues to reign as one of metro Atlanta’s most prestigious, versatile and attractive office communities.

This large-scale master-planned park features mid-rise office, low-rise business/service, retail, residential and municipal purposes all artfully combined to recreate the feel of a bustling small town. The careful combination of meticulous planning, quality construction, attention to green space and environmental sensitivity garnered numerous awards for this ambitious project, culminating in the prestigious FIABCI Prix d’Excellence.
