Brad has consistently leveraged creativity, entrepreneurship, and innovation to collaborate across all disciplines of the commercial property business for the value enhancement of real estate.

In 1998, Brad founded Resource Real Estate Partners, building it into the unmatched leader in providing innovative and profitable solutions for the value enhancement of real estate throughout the Southeast. In 2004, Mr. Smith acquired Technology Park/Atlanta from Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company. With a rich history of developing large scale master-planned business parks, TPA was a perfect complement to the principal investment and service business of Resource. In 2012, Brad sold the service business of both companies to CBRE, the largest commercial real estate services company in the world. Prior to 1999, Brad was a principal in the firm Brannen Goddard.
